Pen to Publish™ is structured across six months. The first 90 days focus on developing and completing your manuscript. The second 90 days move you through book production, publishing, positioning, marketing, and launch while teaching you the system behind each stage.

Clarify Your Book and Core Message

We begin by getting clear about the book you are writing, why it matters, who it is for, and what you want the reader to take away. Your story, expertise, message, and purpose become the foundation for everything that follows.

Build Your Book

Architecture

During this phase, we outline your book, organize your chapters, and determine what each chapter needs to cover so you have a clear structure before you begin writing.

Complete Your First Draft

The goal of the first 90 days is a completed first draft. You write with private coaching, accountability, feedback, deadlines, and direction so you keep moving instead of getting stuck in endless rewriting.

During this phase, I walk you through what happens after the first draft is complete.

You will learn the different types of editing, what to look for in an editor, and the questions you need to ask before making a decision.

We also begin shaping the finished book. That includes your cover, front matter, back matter, and making sure everything your formatter needs is ready and in place.

This is where Pen to Publish™ becomes very different.

You learn how the publishing system works, including establishing your publishing identity, selecting your publishing-company name, obtaining ISBNs, understanding publishing accounts, preparing your book for distribution, and making informed publishing decisions.
